17 Print On Demand Puzzles Websites To Use
1. Printify
There are four printing partners for puzzles on Printify and five choices of puzzles in total. Each can be printed in various sizes (I’ve listed them below) and all comes ready in a box! For a more premium look, go for the puzzle that is packed in a tin box instead of a paper one – they’re manufactured in the USA.
Printify’s puzzles are well under $30 where most are under $20. You can save more on product cost by subscribing to Printify Premium – only recommend you doing so once your profit is able to cover the monthly cost.
Here’s a sample of a Printify puzzle I created using a design from Creative Fabrica. I just uploaded a seamless pattern image, scaled it to look nice and achieve high resolution then made it a pattern using Printify’s pattern tool.
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 30 piece puzzle
- 96 piece puzzle
- 110 piece puzzle
- 120 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle

2. Gooten
You can choose between selling premium-made puzzles or normal puzzles on Gooten. The premium puzzle is double in thickness compared to the normal one and is printed with a matte finish. It also comes in five sizes (up to 1014 pieces) whereas the normal puzzle is only available in two sizes (up to 520 pieces).
Although price points play an important factor in the market, its wise to print puzzles of all sizes for your customers to decide what suits them best. There isn’t any loss in doing so when it comes to print on demand! Bigger puzzles make an excellent home décor or wall art – especially for landscape images. Small ones are more suited for kids and fulfilling hobbies.
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 110 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle
- 520 piece puzzle
- 676 piece puzzle

3. Prodigi
Compared to Printify and Gooten, there’s only a single type of puzzle you can make on Prodigi. It is made of cardboard which is less durable than chipboard but wholesale prices starts from £10.00 – which isn’t too bad!
Prodigi’s puzzles are shipped in tin boxes where the finished image is printed on top of the lid. It is full edge-to-edge printing so designs will come out vibrant with a glossy finish. There are five different puzzle sizes for you to fix your designs on.
Highly recommend you selling with Prodigi if you’re based in the UK and looking to sell print on demand puzzles in the UK as orders are printed locally.
Types of puzzles you can design:

- 110 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle

4. InkPOD
There are two types of print on demand jigsaw puzzles on InkPOD – chipboard or cardboard. I personally think chipboard is more durable compared to cardboard and longer lasting. Regardless, you can only make 1000-piece puzzles as there’s no options for sizes!
The product base cost is much more affordable with nothing above $11, as items are shipped directly from Hong Kong. Due to weight of item, this can mean higher international shipping fees to the USA – a minimum of $10 based on the table below. Your choice of courier entirely depends on the delivery time you are okay with.
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 1000 piece puzzle
- Chipboard puzzle
- Cardboard puzzle

5. Zazzle
Don’t want to choose between cardboard or chipboard jigsaw puzzles? You can have both on Zazzle. Their puzzles are printed on a cardboard piece which is then mounted on a chipboard base for an even greater puzzle-solving experience.
Depending on your puzzle design, you can allow customers to personalize their purchase to include names or initials. This feature could easily increase your sales and you should be able to charge even more! Personalized products make an awesome gift for birthdays or other yearly occasions.
On Zazzle, there’s seven puzzle sizes you can choose from which is a lot compared to others in this list. Some of their puzzles are printed by FUJIFILM and you can charge a higher price by printing puzzles using Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper (gives a high-quality vibrant image).
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 30 piece puzzle
- 56 piece puzzle
- 110 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle

6. Merchize
If you’re looking to design print on demand wooden puzzles, Merchize has two options to consider. Both are made of 3mm pinewood with veneer finishing which makes it lightweight and durable for generational fun.
Although printing on wood makes your design less vibrant, Merchize’s UV printing technology should ensure the prints are sharp and non-fading. They should know what they’re doing, plus they have wooden clocks too!
Prices include free shipping within the USA – so for $16-20 and average market price of $50, you should be able to make a decent profit! Compared to their other products, puzzles are shipped from the USA so you won’t have to worry about delivery time.
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 252 piece puzzle
- 300 piece puzzle
- 504 piece puzzle
- Wooden puzzle
- Rectangle puzzle

7. Printbest
Looking to create your own puzzles in Canada? Printbest is your best option! To make things easier for you, prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars. At the moment of writing, Printbest only ships within Canada and to the USA for a flat rate of $9.16 (up to a total of 3 items).
Similar to other fulfillments, Printbest uses dye sublimation printing and packs puzzles in boxes with the finished image printed on lid. The only downside is you’re limited to making puzzles in two small sizes. It is still worthwhile to sell your designs on smaller puzzles as they are preferred when gifting others – especially when it involves family portraits or wedding photos.
Plus not everyone can complete a large puzzle!

- 252 piece puzzle

8. Puzzle On Demand
It’s fair to say that Puzzle On Demand only sells puzzles. It is not a great option if you’re looking to integrate fulfillments with your ecommerce store as it does not allow you to. However, it is a good platform to use if you want to design puzzles and order them for yourself.
You can choose between getting your puzzles packed in a printed metal tin box or an unprinted satin bag. Just like other sites I’ve mentioned above, there’s no minimum units to be ordered. I recommend placing orders if you’re in the UK as shipping outside the UK is quite expensive (starts from £15.50).
Puzzle On Demand is actually a brand under Contrado – a UK-based print on demand company that offers a lot of products on its own (see more below).

9. Bags Of Love
Another print on demand site I love and is the home for unique POD products is Bags Of Love. If you’re looking for a print on demand jigsaw puzzles UK company, BOL is a great option to consider as items are printed locally and domestic shipping is quite standardized from just £4.
You can choose to create puzzles in five sizes and have them in either landscape or portrait orientation. The production turnaround time is only 1-2 days which is super helpful for customers looking to purchase gifts last minute (a lot of us do that!).
Bags Of Love’s puzzles are extra sustainable as they’re printed using eco-friendly inks and some are made of sturdy recycled plastic. You can also choose to get them in printed recyclable tins or pouches. Just like Puzzle On Demand, Bags Of Love is a brand created under Contrado that looks to serve the UK market.
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 30 piece puzzle
- 96 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle
- 500 piece puzzle
- 1000 piece puzzle
- Heart collage puzzle
- Photo collage puzzle

10. CafePress
There’s two sizes for puzzles on CafePress, between 252 pieces (small) and 500 pieces (large). The price difference is only $7, making it highly likely for customers to go for the larger one. Just like others, their puzzles are printed on sturdy chipboard backing with a high-gloss durable finish.
Prices on CafePress are standardized especially for new artists so if you’re looking for a POD marketplace that has a healthier competition compared to Redbubble, you should definitely try out CafePress. It does has it’s own limitations, including, only accepting artists from 26 countries – link in the table below.
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 252 piece puzzle
- 500 piece puzzle

11. Society6
Even if you’re not designing & selling your own puzzles (YET!), you should get yourself a jigsaw puzzle from Society6. It’s one of the best POD marketplaces for artists and designs are super chic, suitable for every modern bedroom. I want to buy all myself! If only I had the time to assemble that many puzzles.
Society6’s puzzles comes in three basic sizes (S, M & L). Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days with a long 60 days return request duration. Customers moving into a new home will love the four times interest-free payments Society6 offers as money can be pretty tight when transitioning, but we all want to live in a house we love!
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 200 piece puzzle
- 500 piece puzzle
- 1000 piece puzzle

12. Redbubble
If you’re wondering if Redbubble is on this list, it definitely is! Redbubble is popular among beginners and was the first site I made my POD earnings with. There’s five puzzle sizes to choose from and all comes packed in a gift-ready metal box with the puzzle’s finished image printed on the lid.
There are some reviews on how the puzzle is slightly thinner than optimal which makes it flimsy and less durable. This shouldn’t be a worry if its just for one time use and you plan to fix it in a photo frame for the long term. Not recommended for kids though!
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 30 piece puzzle
- 110 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle
- 500 piece puzzle
- 1000 piece puzzle

13. Subliminator
Aside from Printbest, you can make small sized puzzles with Subliminator. Unlike others, Subliminator’s puzzles are packed in plastic jars and consumes less space than the normal tin boxes. This makes it a great gift for minimalists and those who have much smaller houses e.g. studio apartments, where there isn’t much storage space.
Prices are reasonable at around $17-$19 with standard international shipping from China. If you’re worried about the long delivery time, you can pay extra for express shipping only to the USA.
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 120 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle

14. 99DIY
Still looking for the cheapest print on demand puzzles to sell? 99DIY has the lowest prices by far! Though shipping from China can be slightly expensive around $11.88, the product cost for a 1000 piece puzzle is only $4.79. If you’re selling for $50 (average market price), you should be able to make $33.33 in gross profit (about 66%!).
Instead of the usual tin boxes, 99DIY’s puzzles are packed in wooden boxes that is both eco-friendly and minimalistic. You can also have your designs printed on an A4 sized puzzle (80 piece) or a heart shaped one (75 piece).
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 80 piece puzzle
- 110 piece puzzle
- 120 piece puzzle
- 252 piece puzzle
- 300 piece puzzle
- 500 piece puzzle

15. Contrado
It only makes sense for Contrado to also let you make and sell jigsaw puzzles on their main site. Compared to Puzzle On Demand and Bags Of Love, Contrado displays product prices in USD as it aims to serve the international market.
Their smaller sized puzzles are made of 0.1″ thick wood while the larger ones are made of 0.08″ hard cardboard. Similar to the two before, you can have your puzzles packed in a printed metal tin box or an unprinted satin bag.
The satin bags are more suitable for traveling as it takes less space in luggage and convenient to carry around. For the tin, choose between displaying the same photo you’ve uploaded for the puzzle or a completely different image altogether.
Completing puzzles on a vacation sounds like a lot of therapeutic fun!

- Plastic puzzle
- Heart shaped puzzle

16. Threadless
While Redbubble, CafePress, Zazzle and Society6 may have great designs, it won’t be easy to find the same ones you see on Threadless. If you’re an artist yourself, you would know that working around the same kind of theme is easier than trying to serve multiple ones.
Designs on Threadless are slightly dark and I personally find some to be gruesome (ones below are slightly better). Regardless, there’s always a customer that would purchase these kind of work and have them printed – on puzzles!
The puzzles are packed in a black box with large image printed for maximum visibility and accuracy. Customers can choose to have them in three sizes (S, M & L).
Types of puzzles you can design:
- 120 piece puzzle

17. Fine Art America
To be honest, designs on Fine Art America looks pretty dated to me (a millennial). But they’re one of the longest POD marketplaces since early 2000s, quite similar to CafePress which makes it worth mentioning.
FAA’s puzzles are much thicker compared to others at 0.2″ and available in two sizes – 500 pieces and 1000 pieces. Product comes packed in a classy box but without any securing inside which few have complaint about.
If you’re looking to sell to the older community, FAA is worth considering. Similar to Society6, customers can purchase products conveniently by scheduling four interest-free payments via PayPal.

Bottom Line
If you’re looking for supplier companies to design print on demand puzzles for dropshipping purposes, consider the white-label POD sites I’ve listed above. You won’t see their branding on any part of your customer’s orders!
The main factor to consider when choosing a fulfillment site is the ecommerce integrations they offer (applicable for white label). As beginners, I recommend using ones integrated with Etsy or Shopify. It doesn’t matter which you choose right now but it will matter later once your business grows.
You may also look into selling other products to scale later on so it’s wise to choose a site with a great range of products e.g. Printify. These are my TWO main tips! Check out my step-by-step guide on how to start print on demand for beginners.
