9 Best Print On Demand Yard Signs Fulfillment Sites
1. Printify
Looking for a simple fuss-free website to make custom yard signs? You should go with Printify as they also offer tons other products you can design – whether it’s for personal use or for your business.
For yard signs, Printify has a single size to offer that’s made with corrugated plastic (slightly textured) and your one design will be printed on both sides. Unlike flags, yard signs will come with a ready metal stand for you to immediately install upon receiving your order.
If you’re a complete beginner to print on demand, Printify is the best white label company to go with. You’ll definitely find it cheaper than most in this list and you’ll love their extensive product catalog.
I tried using Printify’s AI image generator to come up with a cool design for my sample yard sign. Fair to say, that most did not match what I was looking for with slight spelling mistakes. But it still looks cool!
I went with one of the designs generated and scaled it appropriately. Here’s a mockup of the actual yard sign you will receive.
2. Gooten
Feeling flexible with your choice of yard signs? You may want to consider yard flags as well. It’s much more presentable if you’re looking to decorate for events or host garden parties.
Gooten’s yard flags are much smaller than the usual yard signs but they come in three sizes. Their largest yard flag is actually bigger than Printify’s one-size yard sign!
The flag is made using canvas and printed to be vertical when positioned on the pole – so you’ll have to make a suitable vertical design. Good thing is, you can download Gooten’s PSD or JPG templates to avoid any designing mistakes.
Signing up to print on demand sites may be free but some will require you to share details on your experience as a POD seller when signing up. This is the case for Gooten so I don’t recommend it for beginners.

3. Zazzle
Want to be selling your designed yard signs on a marketplace instead of ordering them for yourself? You should sign up to Zazzle.
Zazzle’s probably the best marketplace to sell on if you love offering personalization and selling a wide-range of unique products. It’s a site that’s similar to Redbubble but offers way more features for both sellers and buyers.
If you’re looking for more interesting yard signs than the usual rectangular signs, Zazzle also has round, square, house-shaped and arrow-shaped ones. Their largest size is 24″ x 36″ which is much bigger than the one on Printify.
Of course, there’s some slight difference in prices as Zazzle is a marketplace compared to Printify, so you’ll have to make a comparison before purchasing. If you’re a seller that’s only planning to sell, this shouldn’t bother you!
Here’s a sample of a yard sign I personalized on Zazzle. I chose a ready design sold by another seller and just added my own text to it. The flowers and background colors were designed by the seller (original designer).

4. Merchize
If you’re fine with the size of the yard sign on Printify but want something cheaper, you should check out Merchize – a Vietnam-based print on demand company. They offer yard signs in two sizes (listed below) and ships orders directly from Vietnam.
Merchize is definitely cheaper than Printify as prices displayed includes standard shipping to the US (extra charges if you’re shipping to other locations). The product is made using the same materials so there’s not much to compare.
However, if you do subscribe to Printify Premium, you’ll save a lot more on product cost (about 23%) so that makes the product about $15.92 excluding shipping.
Sourcing from parts of Asia may be cheaper but shipping times can be a lot longer than working with a fulfillment that’s based in your country. I would only recommend you doing so if you’re an experienced seller and used to managing customer’s expectations!

5. Teelaunch
Need a yard sign in one standard size and get it shipped from the USA? Teelaunch is a great alternative to Printify.
Just like Gooten, Teelaunch provides design templates for you to download prior to designing. Although yard signs are pretty straightforward products to design, you still need to ensure your designs are big enough for high resolution printing and that it covers any bleed areas (usually missed out!).
The only thing to consider is Teelaunch’s yard signs is slightly more expensive than Printify’s and printing can only be done on one side of the sign.
There are quite unique products you can find on Teelaunch aside from their yard signs. This includes print on demand sports equipment e.g. basketball as well as print on demand kitchen equipment. I personally love their engraved chopping boards!

There’s plenty of products you can design on VistaPrint that’s suitable for events and brand marketing. Whether you need the yard signs for a one-time event at home or as signages for a corporate party, VistaPrint has a wide-range of products to further complement your purchase.
This includes custom greeting cards, calendars and napkins!
If you like the choices of yard signs on Zazzle but don’t feel like selling them yourself, you should browse the choices on VistaPrint (full list down below). There are multiple shapes and sizes you can choose from, plus you can select the printing orientation (horizontal/vertical).
Prices are different depending on the shape/size that you choose and if you want to add grommets. There’s bulk discounts for you to enjoy from purchasing more than one unit (from 7% and up to 86% for orders of 1000 units!).
You can upload a design if you already have one or browse their ready templates that’s easily customizable to include brand name, logo and details e.g. phone number (if any). Unlike others, VistaPrint’s yard signs don’t come with a ready metal H stand but you have the option to add it as an extra purchase when checking out.

On JONDO, yard signs are referred as rigid signs and they are made using similar plastic material as Printify and Merchize. They come ready with an aluminum H-stake stand that’s suitable for outdoor display.
If you’ve never heard of JONDO, they’re a Spain-based fulfillment company with printing facilities all over the world. Their rigid signs are printed in the US but can be shipped worldwide. JONDO’s product choices are fairly limited but has a good range of home decor and paper products.
Similar to VistaPrint, you can order JONDO’s rigid signs in a single unit or get them in bulk at a discount. However, the site is not as friendly and details are not displayed on the product page. You’ll have to contact their team for more information by filling up an online form with details of your business.

8. 55printing
In a glance, you might think that 55printing is an outdated website but that’s not true. Although it does look a little old in design, there’s plenty of products you can customize on the site – including yard signs!
They have a wide range of yard signs for you to choose from and you can choose the thickness of the corrugated plastic board (4mm or 6mm). Quite different than others, you can even decide whether to print your designs on one or both sides.
There’s templates for you to download for each size and shape, to refer to when making your design. Alternatively, you can use their ready designs or create one using their design studio.
It’s great to know that there’s bulk discounts to be enjoyed when ordering more than one unit (from 20% and up to 56% for orders of 100 units). To avoid any printing mistakes, you can also request for a free digital proof that will be sent to you via email in 2-4 hours after placing your order.

9. CafePress
Another option for a print on demand marketplace that offers yard signs is CafePress. I highly recommend joining marketplaces if you’re an artist that does not have enough time to set up a separate ecommerce store e.g. Etsy or Shopify and want to explore print on demand as a side hustle.
The vibes on CafePress is quite similar to 55printing as they look sort of outdated. However, there’s plenty of products you can sell your designs on – including rare ones like calendars, rugs and kitchen accessories.
Their yard signs are only available in one size that’s slightly smaller than the ones on Printify. Regardless, the price is quite reasonable as the product is printed on both sides and comes with a metal stand.
Major downside of working with CafePress is that they only ship to 26 countries (link down below) and accepts artists from the same countries only.

- You’ll have to create an account with one of the sites I’ve mentioned above to start selling
- Choose one supplier that resonates to you the most with the right products you’ve envisioned for your signage business
- Upload designs to products
- Uploading designs to supplier’s products is super easy and you should be able to do this once an account is created
- Position the design correctly when uploading as the actual product will look the same as what you see online
- Set a suitable profit margin for each product
- On most sites, you should be able to set a selling price once you’ve done uploading the design
- A suitable margin should be 40%-50% depending on the platform you’re selling on and any fees you’ll incur on each sale
- This excludes shipping charges to customers!
- Sync them to your ecommerce store
- You would need to integrate your ecommerce store e.g. Etsy or Shopify before you’re able to sell so do that first
- Sync the ready product to your store to start selling them publicly
- Sites like Zazzle and CafePress have their own marketplace for you to sell your products – so you don’t need a separate store to use them
- Start selling and repeat!
- Repeat the process and you’ll get some sales with time!
- Increase your chances of success by uploading more quality designs and using professional mockup tools like Placeit
- Consider bringing in traffic to your store with ads (if you’re not selling on a marketplace)
