If you’re like me, you’ll definitely love designing your own print on demand sleepwear – well, some of us want to dress the best for bed. With POD, it’s possible to do so for a single unit and at reasonable prices!
In this post, I’ll be sharing 9 best fulfillment sites you can use to make your own print on demand pajamas and the type of pajamas you can sell. To make things easier, I’ve also included a list of apparel products these sites offer and their available integrations (if any).

A safe choice for newbies has got to be Printify. They offer a wide range of pajamas and even if you decide to sell something else in the future, Printify has a long list of interesting products to offer. This includes pet products and even home decor!
There’s a choice of all-over-print pajamas, custom women’s pajamas and custom men’s pajamas. I believe that you can always charge a little more by offering all-over-print products as customers think they are essentially getting more for the price.
Printify sources their pajamas from four different suppliers so you shouldn’t face major problems should any one is unable to fulfill. However, sizes are limited to only four for some of the products.
Here’s a sample of a Printify pajamas I created using a design downloaded from Creative Fabrica. All I did was upload the design file (PNG), scaled it to a size that ensures high resolution and use Printify’s pattern tool to make it repeat all over.

There’s only one type of print on demand pajama pants you can find on Gooten as they don’t offer any sets or tops. Lounge pants are great for wearing to sleep or when you’re working from home, so there’s definitely demand for buying them individually.

One of the printing partners for Printify’s pajamas is MWW On Demand. They supply quite a large number of products on Printify and have a website of their own. Although the website isn’t as friendly as Printify’s, it is still a great option to source products directly as prices are often much lower.
For pajamas, MWW On Demand only offers lounge pants similar to Gooten. Women’s pajama pants come in XS to XXL, whereas men’s pajama pants are in S to XXXL. Anyway, sizes for lounge pants are pretty universal thanks to their relaxed comfy cut.

- Choose one supplier that resonates to you the most with the right products you’ve envisioned for your pajama business
- Upload designs to products
- Uploading designs to supplier’s products is super easy and you should be able to do this once an account is created
- Position the design correctly when uploading as the actual product will look the same as what you see online
- Set a suitable profit margin for each product
- On most sites, you should be able to set a selling price once you’ve done uploading the design
- A suitable margin should be 40%-50% depending on the platform you’re selling on and any fees you’ll incur on each sale
- This excludes shipping charges to customers!
- Sync them to your ecommerce store
- You would need to integrate your ecommerce store e.g. Etsy or Shopify before you’re able to sell so do that first
- Sync the ready product to your store to start selling them publicly
