Wondering how to design your own custom printed shoes? Unsure which print on demand shoes company is best for your business? Here are 17 sites to consider!
I’m a huge fan of unique shoes, it’s one of the top things I look into when making a shoe purchase. Getting a shoe that everyone wears is no longer interesting – an example is the Yeezy. If you’re like me and love owning a pair of shoes you can’t find anywhere else, print on demand shoes is for you.
All you have to do is add your own design to shoe products online and have them shipped to your doorstep. It’s that easy, and even easier for your customers!
In this article, I’ll be sharing 17 sites you can use to design print on demand shoes and a list of the type of shoes these sites offer. To make things easier for you, I’ve included a list of other apparel products you can sell and available ecommerce integrations.

17 Best Print On Demand Shoes Companies
1. Printify
If you’ve gone through any of my print on demand product guides, you’ll know that I always recommend Printify first (if they offer the product). Even for a unique product such as shoes, Printify has a complete catalog of shoes for you to choose from.
Sneakers come in both small and big sizes (up to 9 sizes) to cater to everyone. Their boots come in a few color base including brown and black for a classic look.
You can enjoy cheaper prices for all products (not just shoes) by subscribing to Printify Premium. I highly suggest you doing so once your monthly profits are enough to cover the subscription cost.
Here’s a sample of Printify shoes I create using seamless pattern designs I downloaded from Creative Fabrica. Just to make it a little fun, I place two different designs on different sides of the shoe. There’s four areas for you to customize to your liking.
Type of shoes you can design:
- Low top sneakers
- High top sneakers
- Indoor slippers
- Sandals
- Flip flops
- Canvas boots

2. Printful
Second in line, Printful has some nice choices of footwear including slip on canvas shoes. There’s 15 available sizes! You can even customize logo printed on the shoe box to match your brand identity.
Prices are slightly more expensive compared to Printify hence why I usually place it second. Profit margins are important for print on demand sellers, especially beginners.
It’s too bad that not all the products in their shoe line are shipped worldwide. Check countries applicable before proceeding as your customers won’t be able to order them.

One of the best sites to source print on demand shoes is JetPrint. There’s a wide range of products you can sell including clog shoes and basketball sneakers – both look great with custom joggers!
Sneaker sizes goes up to US14 for men and US12 for women. Prices are also on the affordable side and quite worth it as you can place your designs all over the shoe.
You can easily see where your designs will be placed on the footwear when going through their catalog. If you plan to only sell shoe products in your store, choosing JetPrint is a great option. It will make your brand look more professional if you’re focused on selling only one niched product.

HugePOD is a good fulfillment option if you’re looking to keep your own inventory of the shoes for physical sales. There’s wholesale discounts from a minimum of 6 units and you can even purchase blank products should you need them.

5. Teespring
If you’re a fan of Redbubble, you might like selling on Teespring (now known as Spring) too. They only offer slides but it comes in a variety of cool bright colors. It’s a good product to consider as it sells all year round and especially better when summer is approaching!
Spring is a great platform for content creators and influencers looking to design their own merchandise. Unlike other sites, Spring integrates mostly with social media platforms like YouTube Merch, Instagram and Discord. This allows creators to sell easily to their followers while on the go.

6. Kin Custom
You can find shoes for men, women and kids on Kin Custom. I like that customers are able to filter out their search according to design collections which includes colors, flowers, illustrations or even holidays.
Kin Custom also offers optional branding sets for only $1.99 per product to strengthen your overall brand. For that price, you’ll get customized shoe insoles, shoe tongue, shoe box and a branded packing slip. All you have to do is upload your brand’s logo and they will handle everything else!

7. 99DIY
Aside from JetPrint, another site that’s worthwhile to look into for print on demand shoes is 99DIY. As orders are shipped directly from China, product prices are very cheap for sellers to profit greatly. Slides are priced from $3 and almost all casual shoes are under $10!
99DIY has a range of unique footwear including wading shoes and casual slip-on sneakers. It is something different and more convenient than the normal tie-up sneakers. I personally love the idea of putting on shoes in a split second and it’s the perfect footwear for elder people.
Sizes are quite limited on 99DIY and it isn’t the best option if you’re looking to target a market with bigger feet.
Type of shoes you can design:
- Boots
- Canvas shoes
- Casual shoes
- Slippers
- Sneakers
- Wading shoes

8. Inkedjoy
Serious about keeping costs low? Inkedjoy is an alternative POD website to both JetPrint and 99DIY. Though most orders are shipped from China, they have factories in both the USA and Australia for faster fulfillment.
There’s multiple shipping options to choose from, all with varying costs and estimated delivery time. It’s great that all options allow for tracking so your orders won’t go missing. To see how much you’re able to profit based on their recommended selling price, there’s a profit calculator on each product page.

9. Prodigi
Want to source footwear from a print on demand company based in the UK? You should check out Prodigi! They have a great selection of products with a fast production turnaround time of 3 days.
For footwear, Prodigi only offers unisex flip flops in three general sizes (S, M & L). I still believe that businesses can profit greatly from the sale of just slippers as they’re usable both indoors and outdoors. It’s a footwear that is in demand all year round and due to its short lifespan, people will keep buying them.
I have a few flip flops myself and I still love adding cute new ones, especially when one goes missing!\

10. Printy6
Don’t want to make cheap looking canvas sneakers? You can make unisex leather ones with Printy6. Their low top leather sneakers come in two colors with 14 sizes for both men and women.
If you’re out of ideas and unsure how to start, try using their free stock photos to design your footwear. Check out the image below of a sample I’ve made.

11. Contrado
Another UK based print on demand company you can design shoes with is Contrado. Not to worry as prices are still quoted in USD to make things easier for the international market.
There are some unique footwear you can’t find elsewhere including leather sliders, heeled and flat espadrilles. Contrado is much more pricier than others in this list as products are made with high quality and some items like rugs has a two-year printing guarantee.
You won’t get a similar guarantee for shoes due to nature of use plus expected wear and tear. However, they promise vibrant printing, durability and luxurious feel when wearing their footwear. You can just see the quality in the mockups!
Type of shoes you can design:
- Slippers
- Flip flops
- Leather sliders
- Espadrille flats
- Wedge espadrilles

12. CafePress
Aside from Teespring, CafePress is another great marketplace for print on demand products. They have a fair selection of items which makes it comparable to Redbubble.
For shoes, CafePress only offers flip flops with choice of black, pink or blue rubber straps. It’s quite normal for marketplaces to have limited choices of products to make things easier for sellers and buyers.
Compared to Redbubble, prices on CafePress is pretty standardized across stores especially for newbies. This makes it less competitive and easier for sellers to make a sale, which may be in everyone’s interest.

13. Bags Of Love
If you’re based in the UK and looking to sell primarily to the UK market, Bags Of Love should be your go-to site. Bags Of Love is a brand under Contrado which looks to serve the UK market as prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds).
There’s a greater variety of shoes you can design, including wedding slippers and espadrille loafers. Another feature that you can’t find on Contrado is the ability to create photo collage on products. Most products on Bags Of Love have the option of creating photo collages – including shoes!
A high top espadrille with photo collage of my favorite flowers would be an amazing gift idea.
Type of shoes you can design:
- Flip flops
- Flip flops for kids
- Espadrilles
- Loafer espadrilles
- Wedge espadrilles
- Slippers
- Wedding slippers

14. InkPOD
I love to save the best for last! If JetPrint, Inkedjoy and 99DIY has failed to amaze you, InkPOD should do the trick. There’s a much wider range of shoes you can design including warm fuzzy cotton slippers which are great for the cold winter!
InkPOD’s prices are quite reasonable with nothing over the $30 mark including their boots! It’s fair to point out that they only have boots made of synthetic leather. It is still great that you can have your design printed on most parts of the shoes and on both sides.
Types of shoes you can design:
- Casual Shoes
- Personalized Boots
- High-Top Shoes
- Low-Top Shoes
- Slide Sandals
- Slippers & Flip Flops
- Athletic Shoes
- Warm cotton slippers
- Clogs

15. Zazzle
For a print on demand marketplace, Zazzle stands out against others with their cute custom printed espadrilles. You can design one from scratch by uploading your own image or customize one that’s already designed by others.
Although you may not be able to add your name or initials to personalize (unlike their other products!), I’m pretty happy that you can choose the base colors for some of the designs and select a design you want for the inner lining.
There’s sizing options for both men and women so don’t worry if you like any type of designs you, there should be a size for you. Aside from espadrilles, you can also customize flip flops on Zazzle to include text (and names) if you want to.
Here’s a sample of espadrilles I customized using a ready design I found on Zazzle. I chose an aqua background color for the pink watermelons to stand out and went for a pink mosaic-like pattern for the inner liner.
Types of shoes you can design:
- Men espadrilles
- Women espadrilles
- Slim strapped flip flops
- Wide strapped flip flops

16. Yoycol
The selection of shoes on Yoycol is wide-ranging, there are 92 items for you to browse and nothing is above $30! Some simpler shoes like sandals and flip flops are only $3-$7 a pair which makes it super cheap to source from.
One thing to note is average production time for shoes on Yoycol is about 12 days and shipping to the USA can take up to 20 days unless you’re going for express (5-10 days). Pretty long for the average customer so you’ll need to be able to handle expectations or your products have to be really well designed!
Good thing is they’ll give you a full refund or replacement if your orders get lost in transit or the tracking is not updated for over 30 days. There’s also tiered bulk discounts for you to enjoy if you decide to purchase any inventory of above 10 or 50 units.
Types of shoes you can design:
- Beach shoes
- Basketball shoes
- Anti slip sandals
- Classic clogs
- Fleece clogs
- Running shoes
- Canvas shoes
- Sneakers
- Synthetic leather shoes
- Boots
- Plush slippers

17. InterestPrint
The range of print on demand shoes on InterestPrint is comparable to Yoycol’s. However, they have less options (about 60 kinds only) and are priced slightly higher. The most you’ll pay is $48 for a pair of boots.
Some items like their sandals are available in both black and white base colors so you get to choose which suits your design better. Almost all their shoes can be printed all over for your designs to pop out.
The only downside is most of their footwear are only available in US6 to US12 (for men) and may make it hard for you to sell to a Western-based audience. I would know as my brother wears a size 13!
If this is not an issue for you, it’s a cool untapped product for beginners to start selling with print on demand.
