Thinking of designing your own print on demand greeting cards and postcards? Unsure which sites offer these? Here are 17 companies you can use!
Greeting cards are one of the easiest products to design and sell, much easier than notebooks and stickers. You only need to think of the kinds of designs people would purchase for purpose of wishing others (rarely for themselves) – which is quite a straightforward. It goes the same for postcards too!
In this article, I’ll be sharing 17 best fulfillment sites you can use to design custom greeting cards and postcards. I’ve also included a list of stationery products these sites offer and ecommerce integrations you can connect to.

17 Best Print On Demand Greeting Cards Fulfillment
1. Printify
The multiple listings is also due to having options with envelopes and ones without, plus some cards are sold in a pack of 5/10/30 instead of a single piece. Postcards and holiday cards are sold individually for under $1/piece.
2. Printful
While postcards come bare, Printful’s greeting cards are packed automatically with envelopes. If you plan to sell other products with Printful, they can include your own branded postcards to your customer’s package for an additional fee. This is a good way to add extra value to your customer’s purchase, make them more satisfied and enhance your branding altogether.
3. Gelato
There aren’t many choices of custom printed greeting cards on Gelato but they’re worthwhile to consider given their range of stationery – list down below. Their premium range is different and can be printed uncoated or with coated silk.
You can design flat or folded greeting cards with Gelato. All of them come in a bundle of 10 with or without envelopes. You’ll have to choose the right product for your audience as their greeting cards are separated to two delivery regions – US & Canada; EU & rest of world.
Just like Printify, Gelato fulfills orders from multiple printing partners all around the world. For greeting cards outside the US & Canada, products can be fulfilled in 17 or 28 countries!
4. Prodigi
Depending on the product you go for, their greeting cards can be shipped in a bulk of 10/15/20/50/100 pieces or individually. It can be dropshipped with envelopes or be sent directly to the recipient in an envelope.
Here’s a sample of Prodigi’s greeting cards and postcards that came with the sample pack I ordered from them. When I got them, they were entirely free of charge. It included the classic cards, gloss cards and mohawk cards.
I personally love the glossy ones although they can be harder to write on. The prints look more vivid with the shinier glossy texture. They’re lighter in weight as well which should translate to cheaper shipping rates!
5. Pwinty
Pwinty is a brand under Prodigi that can be connected via Shopify or API. Although their catalog is limited, products are tied back to the parent’s site so you won’t have any doubts browsing. I feel it is still worth including in this list as they look to sell primarily photo prints, stickers, photo books and canvas prints.
Just like Prodigi, Pwinty offers both greeting cards and postcards as a single piece or in bulk. There’s a few sizing options for greeting cards but postcards can be printed in standard size or large size.

6. Contrado
If you’re looking to source print on demand greeting cards and postcards from a UK-based company, Contrado is a site to go to. Prices are slightly on the higher side but their products and printing is of great quality.
Though their greeting cards can only be printed in one size (A6), customers have a choice to get them in wrapped in a satin gift bag for an extra $9 fee. It might sound like a weird add-on but it’s a service you can’t find anywhere else! Plus, these gift bags can be reused.
Contrado typically ships orders in 1-2 days of ordering and offers express shipping for US addresses as fast as 1-2 days (post manufacturing).

Not too interested in postcards? Teelaunch only offers greeting cards and they’re available for both folded and flat. Regardless which you go for, you’ll get them in packs of 10 with blank envelopes included.
The folded greeting cards can be printed on both front and back, while the flat are ones can only be printed on one side. They’re available in one size only (5″ x 7″).
Teelaunch is better known for their unique print on demand sports equipment, die-cut metal signs (rare!) and wall flags. Check out my other article on 13 things to compare between Teelaunch and Printful.
8. Merchize
Loving the idea of selling greeting cards? Save more on product cost by selling with Merchize. Products are shipped directly from Vietnam which makes it a lot cheaper to work with.
Merchize offers flat greeting cards as well as folded ones in two sizes, from under $7 including shipping to the USA. You may find it hard to believe, but they will ship even if you’re ordering one unit – no MOQ! That’s the beauty of print on demand.
Flat cards are only printed on one side while folded ones are printed on both sides (front and back). Both product comes in two sizes. Quite similar to others above, you can sell Merchize’s cards in pack of 2/3/5/10/20.

9. Bags Of Love
Although Contrado is their parent company, there’s a lot more choices of greeting cards and postcards on Bags Of Love. If you’re primarily based in UK and looking to sell to your local audience, BOL is a better choice as prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds).
Most products can be customized just the same as Contrado but there’s an additional feature of creating photo collages on BOL. It’s also available for their greeting cards! Even if you don’t plan to use Shopify, you can sell your designs directly on BOL’s site.
Aside from the fast fulfillment time (next day delivery!), BOL’s local shipping rates are reasonable at only £1.49 for greeting cards. It’s above £9 for international orders so you’re better off using other fulfillments.

10. Art Of Where
There are no postcards you can design with Art Of Where, but they offer custom printed stationery cards with satin finishing. AOW has a unique take for some of their products which is unseen anywhere else, including for their tote bags (find out why!).
Though there’s only one type of stationery card to choose from, you can customize both front and back of the card with your designs. Based on the occasion, it helps to add a nice quote for recipients and link it back to the design.
AOW is one of my recommendations if you’re selling print on demand to a Canada-based audience. Products are made and shipped from their factory in Montreal, Canada.

11. Redbubble
There’s greeting cards and postcards on Redbubble. With just a click, you can upload the same design to both items as they’re pretty much similar. There’s two sizing options for greeting cards while postcards come in a single size only.
12. Zazzle
Personalization is something that is lacking on Redbubble given that its such a popular platform to use. With Zazzle, you can allow customers to personalize their greeting cards to include their names and wishes. Customers can choose to get the cards with/without envelopes, choose between colors schemes and decide if they want it printed in horizontal or vertical orientation.
They also have postcards you can design and print on semi-gloss or matte paper. I’ve included a minimalist personalized greeting card sample down below for you to check out!

13. Society6
Just like Redbubble, customers can order greeting cards or stationery cards in a set of 3/5/10 packs on Society6. Not only does that benefits your customers, you also get a higher commission in a single purchase!
Their greeting cards come in a single size (5″ x 7″) which makes it simple for customers to decide. All cards are printed on the front side of folded paper, leaving the back and inside blank.
If you’re a budding artist and love to make cheerful hippie designs, Society6 is a great platform to showcase your artwork and get them sold on functional everyday items. However, I personally feel that their mockups are slightly faded or blurred compared to the actual printed product. It’s always best you order and test out your own items!

14. CafePress
If you’re interested in selling on marketplaces, CafePress is another site to diversify with. You can upload the same designs used on Redbubble or Zazzle and get even more sales targeting different market audiences.
CafePress only has greeting cards to offer. Just like Zazzle, you can offer personalization features to customers but this is hugely dependent on your design. Always leave some room for text and wishes if you want customers to personalize their purchase – don’t create a graphic only card.
When browsing designs on the site, it may feel pretty outdated and though I’m not a fan, someone out there might be! Plus, there’s really no cost to selling on the site.
The major drawback of using CafePress is not everyone can join as an artist. They accept artists from only 26 countries and ship orders to the same ones – link down below.
Here’s a sample of a personalized greeting card on CafePress.

15. Fine Art America
Fine Art America works similar to the print on demand marketplaces I’ve listed above. Just like CafePress, the site is a bit outdated and you can easily see it from the designs. But again, there’s no cost to selling on the site!
Their greeting cards are printed on folded paper in a single size only (5″ x 7″) and an envelope is included in every purchase. Custom messages can be added on the inside and customers can directly view how it will look like. Similar to Zazzle, customers are able to choose between a horizontal or vertical orientation for the card and adjust the image size.
Price of a single card is slightly more expensive (over $4) compared to others but customers can enjoy huge savings by buying them in a pack of 10 or 25. Win-win!

You can design greeting cards with white envelopes on Threadless – their mockups do a lot of justice to your designs! See below.
While their greeting cards only comes in one standard size (5″ x 7″), customers can buy them individually or in a pack of 5/10. It’s a lot cheaper to get them in a pack, almost 50% off – which makes it super reasonable compared to others on this list.
Threadless is a POD marketplace that works just like the five marketplaces I’ve listed above. Vibes of their design is the most similar to Redbubble.

- Bundles of greeting cards

17. Inprnt
If you’re a professional artist that wants to focus more on designing instead of selling, Inprnt is a great POD platform to join. Application to sign up as a seller must be accompanied by your own sample artwork so it’s even more possible if you already have a digital art portfolio. Otherwise, new artists can only join by invitation of existing users.
Customers can choose between getting card packs or art cards – both are archival quality folded cards and can be designed using the same designs. Art cards are more expensive at about $8 per card as they’re printed on soft textured papers. Card packs are more affordable from $5 per piece with discounts if purchased more.
Aside from Inprnt, you should also consider these 13 POD marketplaces that are easy to start with. No website creation needed and no fuss.
