In this article, I’ll be sharing 9 fulfillment sites you can use to design custom printed sports jerseys, including print on demand baseball jerseys. To make things easier, I’ve also included their list of integrations and other apparel products you can sell.

9 Best Print On Demand Sports Jersey Companies
1. Printify
If you’re looking for a reliable print on demand company that prints on a few different kinds of sports jersey, you should check out Printify.
Most of the sports jerseys on Printify are all over print (AOP), meaning you can design the entire product – leaving no area blank. I’ve made a simple sample down below just for you to have a better idea of what I mean.
All of their jerseys are well below $30 and you can even save further on product cost (as much as 23%) by subscribing to Printify Premium. Only do so once you’ve made enough profit to cover the monthly fee!
Here’s a sample of Printify’s baseball jersey I created using a design I downloaded from Creative Fabrica and some graphics available in Printify’s own library. I intentionally added some seamless patterns to the sleeves just to show that the area is customizable.
You can add images to the front side (left/right), back side, right sleeves and left sleeves – as long as it’s within the white area. Click “all areas” to see an overview of all the designs you uploaded. Unfortunately, you can only choose one background color for the entire product.

2. Printful
Usually, there are a lot more apparel choices on Printful compared to Printify, at least in the types offered. However, for sports jerseys, Printful only has three types to offer (list down below) compared to Printify that has about nine kinds.

Few other factors you should look into are product choices, integration options and printing quality – as well as shipping prices. I’ve listed all the things I would take into consideration in my comparison Printify vs Printful article here.

If you’re only planning to design baseball jerseys, you should head to Subliminator. They have a range of all over print apparels including hoodies, leggings and even matching dog clothing.
Unlike Printify or Printful, prices on Subliminator include shipping costs – it differs based on your country. The baseball jerseys are similar to what you see on Printify but there are nine sizing options (XS-5XL) so it’s a better option if you’re selling plus-sizes.
Some may also prefer having larger jerseys just to wear in layers depending on the seasons. There are product reviews with real images on the product page for you to decide better.

Looking for a cheaper alternative to the ones I’ve listed above? Merchize is definitely an option. Since they’re based in Vietnam, they’re much more affordable than most European-based fulfillments.
Merchize is also well known for their wide selection of all over printed products like Printful and Subliminator. They definitely have more options on sizing but it’s always better to test them out yourself. Sizing standards can vary across different regions and fulfillment companies!
There isn’t much to compare when it comes to product or material quality as sports jerseys are typically made using polyester. This creates a moisture-wicking top that is also durable for the long run.

Want to work with a print on demand company that’s based in Canada? Canadian Custom Apparel (CCA) is one of the options you have as they ship all orders from Vaughan in Ontario.
Some fulfillments in this list may offer football jerseys, but they’re not the ones meant for American football. If you’re looking for American football jerseys, then CCA is the only site you can work with.
Print on demand arrangement is possible for most of their products but for jerseys, you will have to submit an order enquiry with a minimum ordering quantity (MOQ) of 10 units. Include details such as colors and style reference for their team to get back to you.

If you’re looking for a Europe-based print on demand company, Shirtee is one I recommend. There aren’t as many product options on the site compared to sites like Printify and Printful, but there are some unique items you can explore.
Shirtee is known for their range of sustainable print on demand products and green dropshipping. Most products are organic, vegan and made from recycled materials. They also provide services for branding and warehousing that’s suitable for scaling medium-to-large businesses.
Aside from their basketball jersey, you can design sportswear including running shirts and joggers. There are limited sizing options but sizing standards in the Europe is typically larger than Asian ones.

The decision to join a print on demand fulfillment really boils down to a few things – I’ve mentioned in number two at the beginning of this article. So it’s always best to give my readers more options for them to explore and decide for themselves on which to go with.
Inkedjoy has much fewer choices for sports jersey if you were to compare to Yoycol but prices are comparable. They also do not include shipping charges so you’ll have to account for it separately.
If there’s any obvious reason for you to choose Inkedjoy instead of Yoycol, it would be the longer list of integration options they offer.

- Uploading designs to supplier’s products is super easy and you should be able to do this once an account is created
- Position the design correctly when uploading as the actual product will look the same as what you see online
- Set a suitable profit margin for each product
- On most sites, you should be able to set a selling price once you’ve done uploading the design
- A suitable margin should be 40%-50% depending on the platform you’re selling on and any fees you’ll incur on each sale
- This excludes shipping charges to customers!
