1. Printify

If you’re thinking of selling luggage covers, chances are they’re not the only products in your ecommerce store. It would only make sense if you’re selling other kinds of equipment suitable for travel – I’ve made a list down below.

For that reason, it’s great to work with a white label site like Printify. There’s a ton of other products you can sell alongside luggage covers and prices are reasonable (especially if you’re subscribed to Printify Premium!).

You can read more on my pricing analysis between Printify and Printful here.

Printify’s luggage covers come in three sizes to fit small to large luggage. I generally don’t recommend getting covers for large-sized luggage as it’s harder to ensure it’s a good fit. But you can always order samples to try them out!

Here’s a sample of a Printify luggage cover I created using a seamless pattern design downloaded from Creative Fabrica. As it is a seamless design, I scaled the image to my preferred size and used Printify’s pattern tool to make it repeat all over the cover.

Perfect for the holidays!

2. Merchize

Printify’s prices might already be cheap for some but if you’re looking for extra savings, you can check out Merchize. They’re a print on demand company based in Vietnam that ships most of their orders from the country.

As with any fulfillments based in Asia or countries far from the USA or Europe, shipping time can be quite a headache. Just ensure that you’re paying for shipping that comes with online tracking and if you’re a complete POD beginner looking to dropship, it’s best to think twice.

I would only recommend exploring oversea fulfillments if you’re an experienced seller that’s able to manage customer’s expectations on shipping times.

Merchize’s luggage covers come in three sizes so it’s comparable to Printify’s. The great thing is prices displayed include standard shipping charges which makes it much cheaper.

3. InterestPrint

If you’re looking for extra large luggage covers, InterestPrint is one of the few that offers. Prices are not as cheap as Merchize and you’ll have to add a few dollars based on type of shipping service you’re going for.

Good news is, they have eight shipping options to the USA that starts from just under $1 (for a single unit of the luggage cover). Additional charges and expected delivery timeframe varies depending on the service used.

Luggage covers are great for non-fabric luggage as it helps avoid small and large scratches that can be annoying to the eye. It can also prevent fabric ones from small tears!

4. Yoycol

Compared to others in this list, Yoycol carries luggage covers that are all over print and available in four sizes (S-XL!). Their prices are much cheaper than others (about $5-$8 each) but you’ll need to consider the extra shipping cost when sourcing from overseas.

Sizing standard may also vary for each fulfillment company so be sure to read the details before placing your order!

If you’re planning to order in bulk and want to enjoy some discounts, get the luggage covers with belt instead. Not all products on Yoycol have bulk discounts and ones that do will get you 5%-10% off the usual prices if you’re ordering more than 10/50 units.

5. DropShipCN

For a China-based fulfillment, luggage covers on DropShipCN is definitely not the cheapest. But bear in mind, the prices you see includes free standard shipping.

Product images are much better on DropShipCN compared to InterestPrint and Yoycol, so you have a better look of what you’re ordering. Your designs are printed using heat sublimation so it should last longer and it makes them machine-washable.

You can also sell matching luggage tags alongside these covers in your Shopify store if you decide to go with DropShipCN!

Hey there! Abby here - the founder of Passive Marketeer and also the main writer on the site. My love for ecommerce and online marketing was something I found through my 9-5 sales job. It was mind boggling at first that we're able to make an income online passively in today's world! If you're still feeling that way, know that you're not alone.

That's why, I decided to help others by sharing findings through my own research on today's ecommerce world. When I'm not writing, I'm either running my online biz, traveling, cooking or gardening.
